Designed automated solutions for recurring Product Sales reports (daily/weekly/monthly) using Power BI, Power Automate, and OpenAI LLM to output key takeaways.

Impact Assessment - Free Tier

Developed simulators to assess and evaluate the financial impact of product management proposals, such as adjusting the free tier size and bundling products within other offerings.

Product Upsell Recommendation

Analyzed over 25M transaction records to conduct market basket analysis (products purchased together) and built a recommendation model to identify upsell opportunities for each customer.

Routing Service Performance

Conducted a thorough analysis of slow performance issues with the A to B route calculation on AWS. Improved calculation speed by 40% with the routing algorithm team.

Tee Time Finder (Torrey Pines)

Developed a Python script on AWS which monitors available tee times at a popular golf course. Text notifications are sent whenever a new slot opens up. Personal project.

Machine Learning for ETL

Utilized machine learning model to extract language and product details from 12,000+ file variations, and provided metrics which helped re-evaluate the business model and prioritization of the localization program.

API Cost Reduction

Analyzed usage logs to identify inefficiencies in the caching behavior of the core API service handling multi-billion requests monthly. Achieved a 65% improvement in service efficiency by eliminating all redundant requests (304 status code).

Customer Churn Prediction

Implemented a churn prediction model using Random Forest, leveraging historical usage telemetry to identify key patterns and forecast churn. Developed insights to proactively identify and take action on at-risk customers, improving retention strategies.

Product KPIs Dashboard

Presented business-critical metrics and key performance indicators by retrieving and aggregating data from various sources such as Redshift and Microsoft SQL Server.

Customer Recommendation

Provided customer recommendations using NACIS codes and the D&B database through analysis of the existing customer base for a product. “Most actionable intelligence the sales team’s ever received”

Created 20+ automated reporting solutions and systems to minimize time spent on ad hoc data & analysis requests.

Object Tracking from Video feed

Implemented YOLOv8 model to track vehicle entry and exit at a popular surf spot to predict optimal arrival time to minimize wait time for parking which can take ~2hr during peak hours. Personal Project.
